Mangaluru: Congress will organize continuous free health camps - MLA Lobo

Mangaluru, 19 May 2015: A free health checkup camp, blood camp and dental camp was held at the leadership of MLA J R Lobo, in association with Mangaluru town block Congress Committee and 43rd Kudroli ward Congress Committee at Government Urdu Primary School, Kudroli, here on Sunday May 17.

 

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Lobo said health checkup camps are helpful in creating healthy society, while such camps will be organized in all the municipal wards under Mangaluru south legislative constituency to lay emphasis on strengthening the party and to educate the people on the achievement of Congress-led state government, said MLA Lobo.

 

 

Over 250 people attended the camp, while over 100 people were distributed with free spectacles. The specialist doctors from KMC Hospital, Red Cross blood bank and A J Shetty Hospital extended their services in this camp.

 

The veteran Congress leader Mohammed Masoud inaugurated the programme.

 

MLC Ivan D’Souza, mayor Jacinta Alfred, corporators, district minority unit president M S Mohammed, town block Congress president Vishwasdas, Suresh Ballal, town minority unit president Samsuddin, B Prabhakar Sriyan, Juma masjid mudaris Moideen, Abubakkar, Yusuf Khardar, Maqbool, T K Sudhir, Ramachandra Poojary and others were present.
