Bantwal: Minister Srinivas Prasad lays foundation for Mini Vidhan Soudha

Bantwal, 01 May 2015: The state administration has been laying emphasis on building Mini Vidhan Soudha in all taluk centres across Karnataka, with the objective of housing all departments under one roof, in order to avoid inconvenience to people. It has sanctioned 129 Mini Vidhan Soudha already and contemplating on target of 172, said state revenue minister Srinivas Prasad.
The minister Srinivas Prasad was speaking after laying the foundation for building Mini Vidhan Souda at taluk office, B C Road, here on Thursday April 30. The proposed building will be constructed @ Rs 10 crore which will be ready in 15 months, said minister Srinivas Prasad.
He further said that the state government has honestly attempted to fulfil the manifesto to the extent of 65 percent within 2 years. The coalition government that has achieved in its full term has been fulfilled by CM Siddaramaiah led state government just in 2 years. He also said that new district complex will be constructed in Mangaluru @ Rs 41 crore, added minister Srinivas Prasad.
The district-in-charge minister B Ramanath Rai presided the programme.
