Basava Samiti Bahrain to present Basava Jayanti - 2015, mega event on May 1

Bahrain, 29 Apr 2015: Basava Samiti Bahrain in association with Kannada Sangha will be organizing Basava Jayanti – 2015, sixth mega cultural and folk event at Kingdom Hall of New Millennium School, here on Friday May 1 at 5.30pm.

 
The renowned comedian Sudha Baragur will be here to enthral the gathering with her rib-tickling mimicry and jokes.

 

 
Cultural extravaganza with some enthralling performances by famous art director Dr Sanjay Shantaram and his ten members team through Tandava, a very vibrant concept, deals  with 3 facets of Almighty Shiva”s cosmic dance - Sristi (Ananda tandava for creation)  Stiti (Sandhya tandava for protection) and Laya (Rudra tandava for destruction).

 

Basava Samiti members will also present dance show to conclude the programme.
