Udupi: Foundation laid for RSB Windsor, ultra-luxurious Apts complex in city

Udupi, 04 Apr 2015: The former MLA K Raghupati Bhat laid the foundation for RSB Windsor, ultra-luxurious apartment complex promoted by Mumbai-based RSB Associates and Udup-based Vignharta Developers at Matadabettu Road, near Service Bus Stand, here on Friday April 3.

 

Vignharta Developers is promoted my young realtor Vasant R Nayak Nakre, entrepreneurs Upendra Nayak and Ravindra Prabhu.   

 

Mangaluru municipal joint commissioner Gokuldas Nayak presided the function.

 

 

Udupi town councilor Yuvaraj, Harish Ram, Ujwal Developers managing director Purushottam Shetty, Dakshina Kannada district ADC Sadashiv Prabhu, Udupi-based A G Associates managing director Gopal Bhat and others were present.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Raghupati said that Udupi has great potential to grow, while RSB Windsor will further enhance the housing in the heart of city.

 

Gokuldas Nayak said that Vasant Nayak has earned the loyalty of apartment owners by launching successful ventures. He conveyed best wishes for RSB Windsor.

 

Sudhir Bhat performed the Vedic celebrations that were associated with foundation laying ceremony. Vidhyalata Nayak compered the programme. Vasant Nayak proposed vote of thanks.

 

RSB Windsor will be four-storey apartment, with twenty-four-hours municipal and well water supply, back up generator facility. The special offer on bookings will be available for a limited period, said Vasant R Nayak.
