Abu Dhabi: BWF to celebrate 10th anniversary at ISC on Apr 17

Abu Dhabi, 30 Mar 2015: Bearys Welfare Forum (BWF), Abu Dhabi, a well-known social and community organization in UAE, respected for its philontraphic and charitable works completed 10 years of its fruitful services to the community.
In line with its 10th anniversary celebrations BWF announced its grand Decennial program – ‘BWF- Dashmanostva’ and name of the ‘BWF-Dashamanostava Award’ winners from all walks of life.
The programme will be held at Indian Social and Cultural Centre (ISC), here on April 17 at 5.00pm onwards.
Dignitaries from Karnataka, UAE and other GCC Countries will attend the function.
This programme is organized not only to celebrate the 10 glorious years of inception but to look out for new charity ventures. In principle it is celebrating 10 years of social and community service.
It will organize yearlong events and charity projects, as decided in the 10th anniversary organizing preparatory executive committee meeting.
BWF president Mohamed Ali Uchil said in a press conference.
BWF general secretary Abdulla Madumoole, vice presidents Hamza Abdul Khader and Mohamed Rafiq, chief advisor Basheer Bajpe were present at the press meet.
The guiding principle of BWF is to reach the poorest of the poor in the community, and achieve the social responsibility’s like - Feed the needy, Help a poor girl to get married, Educate a boy, build a house to homeless, Help a needy patient, build a toilet , support someone to get employed and so on.
On the side lines of the press meet, Bearys Welfare Forum has announced the drive of construction of the third phase of Toilet Project, a pilot project of construction of toilets to the poor and needy in the society irrespective caste and religion. They announced the completion of 100 toilets and their plan to construct another 100 toilets in the South Kanara and Udupi Districts. Applications have been invited; received 75 applications and the construction work started at Puttur and Sullia Taluk. The forum had arranged weddings for 81 couples at the cost of Rs 15 crore (including 16 couples on fifth mass marriage ceremony held on October 18 2014 at Mangalore) for economically-backward members of the Muslim community.
He informed that Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah, state health minister U T Khader, state urban development minister Vinay Kumar Sorake, former education minister B A Moideeen, Mangaluru north MLA Moideen Bawa, Vartha Bharathi – Kannada daily editor A S Puthige, Saudi-based AMACO managing director Asif, Bearys Welfare Association – Bengaluru president M B Farook, Al Badriya Educational Association president B M Mumtaj Ali, Kannada renowned writer Boluvar Mohamed Kunhi, retired DCP G A Bawa, Mangaluru-based Teekays Interior Solutions managing director Umar Teekay and Mangaluru-based Career Guidance Center chief trustee U H Umer will attend the programme.
NMPT office superintendent B A Mohammed Ali, JDS leader Hyder Parthipady, Muhammad Baddoor and dignitaries from UAE, the leaders of Gulf-based community Organizations, dignitaries from GCC, community leaders from Karnataka are likely to attend the programme,
