Mumbai: Bharat Co-op Bank opens 66th branch at Ville Parle (E)

Mumbai, 11 Mar 2015: Bharat Co-operative Bank (Mumbai) Limited, one of the leading multi-state scheduled bank opened its sixty-sixth branch at M L Spaces Building, Dasharatlal Road, Ville Parle (West) here on Tuesday March 10.

 

Bharat Bank chairman and Billawar Association Mumbai® honorary president Jaya C Suvarna inaugurated the new branch here on Tuesday morning.

 

 

Criti-Care Hospital founder Dr Dilip Namjoshi inaugurated the banking services.

 

The Bank deputy chairperson advocate Rohini J Salian inaugurated ATM kiosk and director Pushpalata N Salian inaugurated the safe lockers on the occasion.

 

Maharashtra state health and family welfare minister and Shiv Sena leader Dr Deepak Sawant was the chief guest of the occasion.

 

Speaking on the occasion, minister Dr Sawant said that Bharat Bank plays key role in meeting the banking needs of common man by their dedicated service. He also lauded the sensitivity of Bank in understanding the banking needs of its loyal customers.

 

Dr Dilip said that the Bank is growing along with its customers to lead better lives. He conveyed best wishes to the Bank for surging ahead in progressive path.

 

Dr Rustum P Kherawala said that the Bank has been his lone partner in running his enterprise, said Dr Rustum.

 

The chartered accountants Ramesh A Shetty and I R Shetty also lauded the customers service offered by the Bank.

The Bank chief general manager Anil Kumar R Amin, general manager Shobha Dayanand, Bharat Bank Officers Association president Kiran B Amin, Bharat Bank Employees Union president Ramesh T Poojary and others were also present.

 

The Bank deputy chief general manager and head of development department Mohandas Hejmady, deputy general managers Vivek S Shanbagh, Prabhakar G Suvarna and Vishwanat G Suvarna, assistant genral managers Vasudev M Salian, Dr U Dhananjay Kumar and Janardhan Poojary, deputy development manager Sunil Gujaran, Vijay Palan, chief managers Harish K Hejmady, Gopal Kotian, Prabhakar Poojary, Mahesh Kotian, Premanand B Poojary and Janardhan Amin, managers of different branches were also present.  

 

The vedic celebrants Dhananjay Shanti Ulloor and Shekar Shanti Ulloor performed religious rituals at the new branch. Gangadhar Kallady distributed the prasadams. The Bank staff Rakesh M kotian and Neelam R Kotian couple held the leadership of religious celebrations.

 

The Bank staff Latika Tonse, Uma Kamat and Shradda S Lavande and Sudhakar Poojary offered floral welcome to the guests. The new branch manager Sampat A Poojary welcomed the gathering. The Bank general manager Nityanand D Kotian compered the programme. The assistant branch manager Saroja V Suvarna proposed vote of thanks.
