M’luru: SAC Journalism students clean Panambur beach to involve in Swacch Bharat

Mangaluru, 04 Mar 2015: The department of journalism of St Aloysius College here organized a beach cleaning programme - Leaving a Positive Foot Print at Panambur beach, here on Tuesday March 3.
It was an initiative by the students of journalism to create awareness about maintaining cleanliness in beaches, thereby supporting Swacch Bharat Abhiyan of union government.
A large number of students and public gathered at the venue. Students made posters in order to inform the people about cleanliness. Bhavya Shetty, head of department of journalism and Jayalakshmi Alva, faculty of journalism department also joined their hands with students for a positive cause.
