Udupi: Vishwasadamane, reunites 5 destitute with their families

Udupi, 13 Feb 2015: Vishwasadamane, a rehabilitation center here united 5 destitute after restoring their well being.
The chief functionaries of Vishwasadamane left here in their own automobile along with 5 persons on Monday February 9 at 11.00am and reached Sakleshpur at 6.00pm. They sought the help of Bettadamane police to locate the address of Subbu. The head constable said that Subbu had hacked the arm of his wife and also committed a murder. He was arrested and released as he was found mentally ill. Vishwasadamane taken the responsibility of caring Subbu as the latter’s family refused to shelter him.
They continued their journey from Sakleshpur on Monday at 9.30pm to Tumkur – Kunigal and reached on Tuesday February 10 at 2.30pm. They reached the house of Shobha on Tuesday at 7.00am. Shoba’s earlier name was Geetha who was married to Sudhakar in a love marriage and lived together for 20 years. They had no children. She was the eldest daughter. Her parents are passed away. Her brother Cheluvamurti was happy to take her because she had returned after 17 years of deserting home. He thanked Vishwasadamane authorities for giving new lease of life to his dear sister.
They left to Devanahalli and located the address of Sarojadevi. Saroja’s mother was Muniyamma who had 6 children, 3 daughters and 3 sons. Saroja was the eldest daughter and was suffering from mental illness and was under treatment at district hospital. She left home in the past but returned. Meanwhile, this time she did not return since one-and-a-half-year. Her husband has passed away now. Muniamma thanked Vishwasadamane for taking care of Sarojadevi who is now healthy and fine.
When they reached the family of Narayanamma on Tuesday February 10, her son was happy to receive her in tears. He promised to take care of her.
They left to locate the address of Chinnamma on Wednesday February 11 and covered about 50 kilometers in vain and continued our journey to Anantapura in Andhra Pradesh. Revamma, daughter of Chinnamma said the latter was mentally ill and left home 7 years ago and thought she has passed away. Revamma was happy to see her mother Chinnamma and thanked Vishwasadamane in restoring her wellbeing.
