Mangaluru: Entrepreneurial Awareness Camp held for rural candidates

Mangaluru, 24 Nov 2014: At the joint aegis of industry and commerce department - Bangalore, Dakshina Kannada district Industrial Centre – Mangalore, SIDAC – Dharwad, district Small Industries Association, Yeyyady, here, entrepreneurial awareness camp was held for rural candidates of all taluks of Dakshina Kannada district here recently.
 
The district Industrial Centre joint director S G Hegde in his inaugural address urged the camp participants to become successful entrepreneurs by opting for self employment with a clear goal, by availing the bank loans loan and repaying it promptly.

 

 

MSME deputy director K Socrates urged the camp participants to identify the demand for a specific product by undertaking marketing survey before venturing into business.

 

The district Industrial Centre deputy director K H Rajashekarayya, assistant director Satyanarayan Bhat and successful women entrepreneur Kusuma Devadiga also provided info on the occasion.
