Mangalore: Hope Charitable Trust donates house for needy

Mangalore, 06 Oct 2014: Hope Charitable Trust has taken an initiative to help the needy and has built a house at Tannirbavi here and donated to Sunil Veigas who is economically very poor and is a daily wage worker.
The parish priest Fr Oswald Lasrado of Our lady of Fatima church, Tannirbavi, here blessed the house.
Hope Charitable Trust managing trustee Sewrine Monteiro handed over the house key to Sunil Veigas and family.
The trustees Victor Pinto Vamanjoor, Dr Vincent Crasta and Naveen Monteiro, co-ordinators Herald Monteiro and Alfred Bennys, Jefry Monteiro Mondakap were present on the occasion.
Tannirbavi parish council vice president Romeo Saldanha welcomed the gathering and honored the contractor Francis D’Souza.
Hope Charitable Trust was established in 2007 by few likeminded individuals to do bit for the up-liftment of the society with the mission, charity that changes lives by harnessing the compassion and commitment of dedicated staff and volunteers to deliver sustainable, high-impact, community-based services to the poor and needy.
