M’lore: Venture of Land Trades, Solitaire launched in the city

Mangalore, 29 Sep 2014: A replica of Burj Khalifa in Mangalore, Solitaire, a 32 floor residential venture of Land Trades was launched at the project site near Hat hill on Monday, 29th September.

The Chief Guest B Ramanath Rai, Hon’ble Minister for Forests, Environment & Ecology, Government of Karnataka launched the replica of ‘Solitaire’ along with other guest on the dias.

Addressing the gathering B Ramanath Rai said, " Mangalore has all the facilities like Airport, Railways and very good road transport facilities. Its beautiful and fast growing city. I am sure this ‘Solitaire’ project will make Mangalore more beautiful. I wish all the success and Let god give the strength to make it a reality."

Jayarama Bhat, MD & CEO, Karnataka Bank Ltd after inaugurating the brochure ‘Solitaire’ reach for the stars, in his address said, "I feel proud that Karnataka Bank is a part of ‘Solitaire’ 32-floor residential project. The consistency Shrinath Hebbar in repayment of loans has made the Bank to back his projects. Many project he undertakes are always on time and quality is never compromised. There is a huge demand for the Land Trades flats and the bookings are done very fast because of his honesty in the work."

Sri Mahabala Marla, Mayor, Mangalore City Corporation said," I encourage construction sites must take anti-malarial measures immediately,  greater importance must be given to the construction of proper drainage. Strict action will be taken against the builders, in the form of cancellation of license if they do not take anti-malarial measures."

 

 

Foundation stone was laid by Al Haj Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi, Chancellor, Yenepoya University.

Former minister Krishna J Palemar also addressed the gathering.
