Karkal: National Teacher Awardee Laxmikant Bhat felicitated

The true happiness lies in spreading happiness, said the national award recipient teacher Kudi Vasant Shetty.
Nandalike state-run school teacher Vasant was speaking in acknowledging his felicitation programme that was organized by the social welfare and voluntary organizations of Belman, Sooda and Nandalike villages, at Belman Government PU College auditorium, here on Saturday September 27.
Speaking on the occasion, Belman parish priest Fr Lawrence B D’Souza said that teaching is a noble profession and congratulated Laxmikant.
SSLC district topper Sahana Kamat and Inspire National Award recipient Ambarish Kamat were also felicitated on the same occasion.
The College principal Dr Janardhan Bhat presided the programme.
