Udupi: Inventions part of technical studies - Vidur Bhatnagar

Udupi, 19 Sep 2014: Madwa Vadiraj Institute of Management, Bantakal, near here celebrated Engineers Day at the campus on Monday September 15.

Bangalore-based SAP Labs India Private Limited production manager Vidur Shailendra Bhatnagar was the chief guest of the occasion.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Bhatnagarw it helped explained the latest engineering inventions in sports field and the contributions of SAP Labs in the victory of IPL – 20. The marketing is essential for the invention to reach global market.

Madwa Vadiraj Institute of Management principal Professor Dr Radhakrishna S Ithal appealed the engineering students to follow the ideals of Sir M Vishveshwarayya to become world class engineers.

The in-house instituted Top Engineer Award was conferred on resident engineer Sridar Moolya.

The students displayed engineering models and held live demonstrations on the occasion.

Sodhe Vadiraj mutt education Trust secretaries Ratna Kumar and Raghavendra Tantri were present on the dais.

Usha rendered the prayers.  The dean Professor Dr A Ganesh welcomed the gathering. Snehal Rao proposed vote of thanks. Harshit Joshi and Jovita D’Souza compered the programme.
