Mangalore: Town Hall to be modernized @ Rs 2 crore - Mayor Mahabala

Mangalore, 16 Sep 2014: The modernization works of nearly half-a-century old Town Hall already begin, which will be completed in two-month, said the mayor Mahabala Marla.

Addressing media conference here on Tuesday September 16, the mayor Mahabala said that it will be fully air-conditioned, with new flooring, granite laid around the building, new artistically-carved main door, VIP lounge, efficient parking area @ Rs 2 crore and works will be completed by December 29, said mayor Mahabala.  

 

Mangalore south MLA J R Lobo, the deputy mayor Kavita, municipal commissioner Gokuldas Nayak and others were present.
