Infrastructural Facilities inaugurated at Siddakatte School

Bantwal, Sep 16, 2014: The environmental conservation is everyone’s responsibility. The instilling environmental concern and protecting wildlife among the students in their primary studies would make them responsible towards this cause. We got to take a vow to save our landscape for the future generation to live happily, said state forests minister B Ramanath Rai.
The minister Rai was speaking after inaugurating newly-built Akshara Dasoha kitchen room, drinking water supply and Vanamahotsav programme at St Patrick’s Higher Primary School, Siddakatte, near here on Monday September 15.
The clean water, pristine environment and pure air can sustain human beings. The conservation of forest can guarantee that, said minister Rai.
The minister Rai felicitated the national top teacher award recipient Keddalike Higher Primary School headmaster Ramesh Nayak on the same occasion.
Catholic Board of Education secretary Fr Gerald D’Souza said that school is like temple, while serving the students is noble deed. It also strengthens unity in diversity, said Fr Gerald.
Bantwal taluk panchayat president Yashawant D presided the programme.
