Inaugurating the workshop, Bishop Rev. Dr.  Gerald Isaac Lobo said that the Christian Educational Institutions have made their name in providing quality education throughout the country. Further he said that though the Christian institutions are known for the best education, there is a lot of scope to improve the administrative quality of these institutions. It is important that value based education should be the aim of the Christian educational institutions.

Msgr. Baptist Menezes, Vicar General of Udupi Diocese who was the chief guest of the inaugural function said that a teacher has an important position in the society. Every teacher puts in hard work to achieve that position. When teachers are  affectionate towards the students, they automatically earn the respect due to them from their students.
