Mangalore: Tuzo Sevak, New CD of Capuchin Friars released

Mangalore, 13 Aug 2014: Bishop Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza released ‘Tuzo Sevak’ (your servant) new CD of Capuchin Friars s here on Tuesday August 12. The CD has 12 hymns of which 7 are liturgical.

 
Speciality of the CD:
 
It’s for the first time in the history of Konkani devotional songs; a song based on all 73 names of Holy Bible was included in this CD.

It has comparatively better clarity of sound with standard mastering by Praveen Duth Stephen.

 

 

‘Ho Sonvsar’ song sung beautifully by eighty-three-year-old Fr Ben Britto Capuchin himself!

The hymn ‘Rozarachi Mohima’ sung by Monica Valdar and recorded at T K Studio, Dubai by Sri Lankan musician Tushara Kuruvithage with his simple but a unique orchestration.

Fr Peter Cyprian, Fr Stany, Fr Alwyn, Fr Joel, Fr Darrel and Found Winds Communications proprietor Elias Fernandes were present on the occasion.
