Youth Narrowly Escapes from Murder Attempt in Ullal

Ullal, 27 Mar 2017: Two unknown attackers with long knife allegedly tried to murder a 23 year old labourer Noushad Hussain at Kodi near Veerabhadra temple of Ullal police station area limits on Sunday late night when the victim was on his way to attend his duty in a food factory here.

 

 

The victim was moving towards his factory on his two wheeler and was unexpectedly attacked by one of the two unknown who were also on a motorcycle. Noushad was injured when the one of the two tried to murder him using the knife. The victim and his motorcycle fell on the ground soon after the attack and after hearing the sound two on duty police constables and locals arrived at the spot. Following unexpected happenings, the attackers escaped from the spot immediately without giving any hint to the police and locals.

 

The police suspect criminal rivalry of the two accused who were recently released from judicial custody. The police department has taken necessary steps to ensure the safety of the area by deploying the forces.
