St John’s PU College, Shankerpura holds first academic year’s PTA meeting

Udupi, 23 Jun 2016: The modern education is based on marks and not depends on results. Therefore, the parents ought to give due attention to their children’s daily studies, urged Fr Dr Leslie D’Souza, correspondent of St John’s PU College, Shankarpura, near here.

 

Fr Dr Leslie was during the first PTA meeting of 2016-17 at St John’s PU College auditorium, here on Wednesday June 23. He also felicitated II PUC toppers of Shankarpura PU College.

 

 

The principal Fr Vincent Coelho in his preliminary address briefed about the school activities and the role of parents.

 

The vice principal Gabriel D’Souza, PTA president Ramaraya Patkar and vice president Richard Alva were present at the dais.

 

The lecturer Prameet Veera D’Souza welcomed the gathering. The lecturer Sujata U proposed vote of thanks. English lecturer Bhagyalaxmi compered the programme.
