Lightning fully damages house in Parari, B Mooda village

Bantwal, 30 May 2016: A house was fully damaged owing to lightning strike at Parari, in the limits of B Mooda gram panchayat, near here on Sunday May 29 at 1.00am.

 

 

The house belonged to U Babu Belchada, a resident of Parari, near here was fully damaged in the incident, with huge losses to property and electrical appliances.

 

Although the family was fast asleep during the incident, all survived as the lightning struck the toilet. The impact was found in an aluminium vessel with huge hole in it. All the electrical accessories, gadgets, meter board etc were damaged.  

 

The town councillor Ramakrishna Alva, member Sadashiv Bangera visited the household family.
