Udupi: Value Education Programme held at Milagres College

Udupi, 09 Feb 2016: The Value Education Cell of Milagres College, Kallianpur here organized daylong programme on human values at College auditorium on Saturday February 7.

 

 

Speaking on the occasion, the resource person for the programme Dr Rajendra Nayak, principal, Government First Grade College, Kota- Padukere said, ‘The plants and trees, many a time, are surviving on dirty water and manure. But they give us beautiful flowers and nutritious fruits. But, we, the human beings, are using the best available resources of the society.’

 

We all must develop a sense of social responsibility and try to serve the society in whatever way possible. Instead of building walls of distrust around us, we must build bridges of cordial relationships.

 

Dr Gerald Pinto, principal in-charge presided the function and stressed on the importance of human values in the present context.
