BJP activists to blockade sand-laden trucks at B C Road

Bantwal, 02 May 2015: BJP activists will blockade the sand-laden trucks that pass through B C Road on NH 75, here on Saturday May 2 from 8.00am to 8.00pm.

 

The traffic snarls are faced by common folks everyday at B C Road, owing to many sand-laden trucks plying on NH 75 without interruptions. As the weddings and other auspicious occasions are scheduled more in the entire May month, the traffic would be much higher.  

 

The rampant movement of sand-laden trucks indeed causes traffic snarls that cause hindrance to wedding parties reaching late to the venues. 

 

BJP urged the transport and police department to ban sand-laden trucks plying on B C Road, NH 75 from 8.00am to 8.00pm, while the activists will blockade the sand-laden trucks at B C Road here on Saturday. It has also cautioned, if the concerned departments don’t act swiftly, its activists will do that task by themselves, cautioned BJP.
