Udupi: Vedic Rituals held at Mahalasa Narayani Temple, Shirva

Udupi, 5 May 2014 : Vedic rites including Satyanarayana puja was held at Mahalasa Narayani temple, Shirva, near here on Sunday May 4.

 
The renowned devotional music group headed by Mulky Ravindra Prabhu presented devotional singing programme after the Vedic rites, followed by worship of Goddess Devi and other deities.

 
Free food offering to devotees was held on Sunday afternoon.

 

 

 
Satyanarayana Nayak Shirva, Mangala Gowri Nayak couple, Chetana Nayak led the celebrations of religious rites.

 
Vedamurti Laxminarayan Bhat performed the Vedic rites on the occasion.

 
Mulky – Venkataramana temple priest Vasant Nayak Palimarkar, Mahalasa Narayani temple priest Raghuram Nayk Vedic performers, the temple governing council and devotees were present.
