Kasargod: I Day celebrated at K’taka Forest Check Post Near Kerala Boundary at Chember

Kasargod, 16 Aug, 2013 : Sixty-seventh Independence Day celebration was held at Karnataka forest check post that lies a few yards from Kerala boundary at Bhagamandala - Chemberi, near here on Thursday August 15 morning.

 

 

The local dignitaries Sitaram Rai, A M Mohammed, B Abdul Majeed and Benny were the chief guests hoisted the national flag, and accepted the guard of honor from Karnataka State Reserve Police (KSRP) personnel posted at the check post at Chemberi, here.

 

The police personnel head constable William Serrao, R P Wagle, Lalit Kumar, Harish Kumar, Umesh, K K Sudhir, Harish, Mohan, Sudhir and others were present on the occasion.
