Hassan: ABVP Protests over Corruption in Union Govt

Hassan, 14 August, 2013 : ABVP staged protest here on Tuesday August 13, to condemn the corruption in union government.

The protesters held a protest rally from Hemavati statue, here passing through N R Roundabout, and concluded at the district headquarter, expressing anguish over UPA led union government that is the most corrupt in the history of India.

 

 

The protesters alleged that it has been proved UPA led central government is involved in over Rs 12 lac crore worth of scams.  The union government has failed to control inflation and hike in prices of essential commodities. The poverty rate is growing rapidly in the nation, alleged the protesters.

The protesters urged to enact laws in order to bring back the black money deposited in overseas banks and also publish the names of corrupt.

ABVP city secretary Gowtam, B S Arun Kumar, Gangadhar, Lokesh, Chinmayee, Rohit, Yatish, Keshav and others were present at the occasion.
