Criticism indeed Motivate one to Excel : Prof Balakrishna

Udupi, 14 May 2013   :   The innocence and love are the key characters of a human being.  A little contribution made to education institutions will be rewarded as the money is better used for studies of children.  The mothers play key role in instilling patriotism, good cultural upbringing.  The criticisms indeed motivate one to excel, said Professor Balakrishna Shetty, principal of Durgaparameshwari Pre-University College, Kateel.

 

 

 

 

 

Professor Balakrishna was speaking during the valedictory function of S V S Pre-University College alumni Association, Katpady, here on Sunday May 11.

The alumnus, multi-linguist and international athlete Sulata Kamat was felicitated along with donors, senior teachers and office staff during the programme.

S V S Pre-University College principal Dayanand Pai, K Satyendra Pai, Srikar Suvarna, Prem Kumar, Bhavani Shankar Shetty, Sunil Kini, Mahesh N Anchan wee present at the dais.

Vimala Dayanand rendered the prayers.

Dr Ravindranat Shetty delivered the introductory address. Raghavendra Rao proposed vote of thanks.

The variety cultural shows were staged as part of entertainment programmes after the stage programme.
