‘Childhood Cancer’ Book Released in Manipal

Manipal, 28 June 2012: A book ‘Childhood Cancer’ written by Manipal University Associate Chancellor Dr. H.S. Ballal and Manipal College of Pharmaceuticals Science Lecturer Dr. P.D. Gupta, has been released by Udupi District Superintendent of Police Dr. Boralingayya M.B. in a function held in Manipal University.

 

 

 
Chief Guest of the function Manipal Institute of Communication Hon. Director M.V. Kamath in his speech said that, cancer decease can be completely cured if it is detected in the initial stage. Therefore, it is important to have awareness among the pregnant women and the parents, he opinioned.

 
On this occasion writer Dr. H.S. Ballal and Dr. P.D. Gupta were on the dias. Manipal University Vice Chancellor Dr. K. Ramanarayanan, Manipal University Associate Chancellor Dr. H. Vinod Bhat and Dr. G.K. Prabhu were also present.
