Voters complain about lack of basic amenities to those who seek their votes

Moodubelle, 16 March 2012: The voters of West Panjimaru complained about the lack of basic amenities such as water, electricity and road (paani, bijli and sadak) to the BJP leaders led by the Kaup MLA, Lalaji R. Mendon who went to seek their support to  their candidate Sunil Kumar. He was accompanied by Devdas Hebbar, president of Udupi Taluk Panchayat, Gopal  Krishna Prabhu, Shirva Grama Panchayath member, Rajesh Kulal,  Shirva Grama Panchayath memebr, Shashidar Wagle Belle Grama Panchayath member, Rajendra Shetty Belle Grama Panchayath member, Virendra Patkar, Ivan D’Almeda, Henry Noronha and others.

The voters said that all the candidates who have come to ask for their votes had been promising these basic amenities when they come for asking votes but forget soon after the elections are over.
