Inauguration of VYUHA at Bantakal Engineering College

Udupi, 16 March 2012: Civil Engineering Department Association “VYUHA” was inaugurated at Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology & Management,Bantakal, Udupi by Dr.R.K.Yaji, Former Professor and Dean, NITK,Surathkal on 14th March 2012. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Yaji advised the students to acquire soft skills along with the technical knowledge for making them directly employable.

 

 

Mr.Rathnakumar, Secretary of Shri Sode Vadiraja Mutt Education Trust released the logo. Principal of the Institute, Dr.Mohandas Bhat, giving his presidential remarks wished that the association shall organize technical programs for the benefit of the students and contribute to the infrastructure development of the country.

 

Dr. B.Radheshyam, Head of the Department introduced the office bearers of the Association. The Vice President of the Association Mr. Rahul Kotian presented a brief outline of the proposed activities and requested the cooperation from the Management in fulfilling the same. Prof. Veena V. Bhat introduced the Chief Guest while the Ms.Payaswini welcomed the gathering. The programme commenced with the invocation by Mr.Vignesh Bhat and Ms.Sanjana Yermal thanked all those who were responsible for the success of the programme. The programme was compered by Mr. Ravikiran & Ms.Manasa and the programme ended with singing of National Anthem.
