Belman: Bantakal Shri Temple holds Zonal Conference

Belman, 08 October 2011: Rajapura Saraswath Brahmana Community Bantakal Shri Durgaparameshwari Temple’s Punaru Sooda, Belman Zone conference was held on Friday at the residence of Zone Trustee Sooda Gumpadabailu Jayarama Prabhu. The program was presided over by Shirva Hindu Pre University College Retired Teacher Varadaraya Prabhu.
 
In the introductory note Jayaram Prabhu briefed the significance of this conference and also welcomed the guests and the dignitaries. Speaking on the occasion Belman St. Joseph School Teacher B. Pundalika Marathe briefed on the community devotional centers, study centers, worship of family deity and the social and family culture.

 

 
Shri Temple Managing Trustee Belpathre Vishwanatha Nayak explained the background of the reinstallation of the Shri Kshethra Bantakal. Shri Temple Management Committee President Shashidara Wagle Sadambailu briefed on the active involvement of the people of society in the Temple festive celebrations and the development of the Temple.
 
Bantakal Rajapura Saraswatha Yuvavranda President K. Ramaraya Patkar spoke and informed about the facilities being provided by the government, family issues and service mind of people. Social worker Raghunath Nayak compeered the program. Belman Grama Panchayath Member Devendra Nayak proposed vote of thanks. In the program Manipal Konkani Health Cards were distributed.
