Shirva: College students conducted protest supporting Anna

Shirva, 17 August 2011: Students of M.S.R.S. College Shirva went out of their classes and conducted protest against the detention of Anna Hazare who is conducting the movement against the corruption and also protested the policy of the centre government. They went in a procession up to the Shirva town and called for the vigilance of people and shouted slogans to implement the Lokpal Bill, elimination of corruption and asked the public to support the protection of democracy.
Students of Hindu Pre University College, St. Mary’s Pre University College and St. Mary’s Degree College, went out of their classes and expressed their complete support for the movement being conducted nationwide under the leadership of Anna Hazare. Belman Government Pre University College students also went out of their classes and expressed their support.
