Print Belman, 19 July 2011: In the grand celebration function of “Dwidasha Madhura Vasantha Kalasha” by “Madhura Taranga (Regd.)” Mangalore, at the Mangalore Pura Bhavana, B. Pundalika Marathe – Teacher of Belman St. Joseph’s School was honoured with “Madhura Taranga Award” recognizing his outstanding contributions in the fields of religion, literature, media, and social service along with his contributions in the educational field.
In the function, Former Cabinet Minister of India B. Janardana Poojary, Former President of Karnataka Kannada Sahithya Parishad Darmadarshi Harikrishna Punaroor, Actor - Director K. P. Nanjundi Vishwakarma and Founder of Madhura Taranga Jagadesh (Junior Rajkumar) Shivapura, honoured B. Pundalika Marathe with shawl, garland, flowers, fruits, momento and award letter.
