Bellevision USA Education Scholarship
Bellevision USA is pleased to offer three need-based scholarships to economically underprivileged students currently enrolled in Belle church schools. The maximum scholarship amount will be Rs 5,000 per student. Please include in your application the following.
1. Student name
2. Parents name
3. Residence address
4. Telephone number if available
5. School and class enrolled as of August 2012
6. Explanation of your scholarship need
7. Grade level of your last class if available
8. Recommendation from parish priest or the school principal, confirming the need-base of the student. The recommendation could be as a note on the application or as a separate letter.
9. Students and/or parents signature.
The application should be addressed to the President of Bellevision USA and can be submitted by mail, fax, or as e-mail attachment. Last date to receive the application will be August 31, 2012. Bellevision USA organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to change the scholarship amount.
