Udupi: Swami Vishveshateerta of Pejavar mutt urges State Govt to Probe Allegedly Sex CD Episode

Udupi, 3 Apr 2013: Swami Vishveshateerta of Pejavar mutt urged the state government to order a probe into the episode of alleged sex CD of MLA Raghupati Bhat.  The guilty either MLA Bhat or those who were involved in faking the CD had to be punished, urged Swami Vishvewshateerta.


 
Swami Vishveshateerta was speaking during a Samavesh of ’save the honour of democracy’ that was organized by the newly-formed organization – Prajaprabutwa Samrakshana Vedike which was formed at the backdrop of recent sex CD emerged in the media that has become a news sensation across the state, at Chittaranjan Circle, here on Tuesday April 2.


 
Meanwhile, Swami Vishveshateerta clarified that he cannot trust the reality of CD.  It may be a fake CD.  A thorough investigation will reveal the truth.  He cannot pronounce any as guilty or cannot allege any party for faking the CD, clarified Swami Vishveshateerta. 

 

 


 
Swami Vishveshateerta expressed deep concern over the mobiles especially in the hands of students that has been widely used to view obscene pictures are responsible for indecent behaviours.


 
Swami Vikhyatanand of Hosmar mutt said that it’s not proper to disgrace a person.  The act has been done none other than someone from a political party, said Swami Vikhyatanand.


 
The religious leader Harikrishna Punaroor said that it’s not right to disgrace a person.  He also urged the state government to hold a probe into the episode and punish the guilty, said Harikrishna.


 
Dakshina Kannada district Kannada Sahitya Parishat president Pradeep Kumar Kalkura said that the politics is losing morality.  The people who have no moral virtues are involved in this episode, said Pradeep.


 
The entrepreneur Raghavendra Acharya, BJP leader Jnanavasant Shetty, Kacchur Maldevi temple trustee Rama, Kudubi community leader Narayan, Mogaveer community leader Rama Kanchan, Brahmin Parishat leaer Ranjan Kalkura were present at the dais.
