Karkal: Dr Kalam inspired youth community to take India to greater heights - Fr Lawrence

Karkal, 28 Jul 2015: The former President Dr Abdul Kalam is a multifaceted personality: scientist, mentor, inspiration for youth who dreamt of India achieves self sufficiency and lived his dream till his last breath, said Fr Lawrence B D’Souza, correspondent of St Joseph’s Education Institutions, Belman, near here.
 
Fr Lawrence was delivering condolence message on Dr Kalam during the meet held at St Joseph Education Institutions, Belman, near here on Tuesday July 28.

 

 

The senior teacher B Pundalika Marate explained the childhood of Dr Kalam, his relentless scientific research, patriotism, serving the nation as President, his motivation to youth community, inspiration and his dream of India becoming super power in the world by 2020.
 
The national flag was lowered at the school to convey mourning to the demise of Dr Kalam.
 
The School head teacher Sr Monica, convent superior Sr Usha Stella, senior teacher Juliana Moras were present at the dais.
 
The teacher Vincent Pinto was also present.
 
The students were asked to write essay on Dr Kalam, his great personality and scientific endeavors.
