Bunts Sangh celebrates Krishnastami with pomp & gaiety

Mumbai, 19 Aug 2022: Bunts Sangh Mumbai® celebrated Krishnastami at the leadership of their president Chandrahas K Shetty on Thursday August 18.

 

The higher education committee chairman chartered accountant I R Shetty and Kavita R Shetty sponsored the Vedic rites that are associated with Krishnastami that was performed by Vidwan Arvind Bannintaya.

 

The women wing, Suresh Shetty Shibaroor and Ashok Pakkala group presented the devotional singing.

 

 

The variety competitions such as weaving flowers for the women; hitting coconuts and hitting yoghurt-filled pot hung high above for the men and Muddu Krishna for kids were held.

 

The Sangh vice president Ultoor Mohandas Shetty, joint secretary Divakar Shetty Indrali, joint treasurer Mundappa S Payyade, women wing president Uma Krishna Shetty, Jnana Mandira committee president Krishna V Shetty and others were present.

 

The prizes were distributed by the Sangh president Chandrahas Shetty during the brief function. It was followed by free food offering to the gathering.
